Who are you?

Our mission is to give our customers the chance to buy high-quality products, all from one place. Our goal is to make sure that everyone has access to safe, reliable, and innovative gear, at prices that’ll leave you jumping with joy — and quality that never disappoints.

 

Where do your products ship from?

All of our products ship directly from warehouses in the United States. That means faster delivery times and no international surprise delays.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We currently ship within the U.S. only — but we hope to expand soon! Stay tuned and follow us on socials for updates.

 

What are the shipping and delivery times?

Once your order is processed (usually within 2–5 business days), your package ships out and typically arrives within:

  • 2–6 business days after processing (U.S. only)

We ship directly from multiple U.S. warehouses. If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. In rare cases, we’ll contact you by email or phone if there’s a significant delay.

 

Can I track my package?

Absolutely! As soon as your package ships, a tracking number will be added to your order details and emailed to you.

You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website (like USPS or UPS) or you can track your order here.

 

What if my package is late?

If the estimated delivery time has passed and you haven’t received your order, please email us at support@swiftonicshop.com or contact us through our Contact Us page. We’ll look into it right away and get things moving.

 

What if my product arrives damaged?

Oh no! If your product is damaged, snap a clear photo and email it to us at support@swiftonicshop.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll make it right.

 

Can I return my product for a refund?

Sure! We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund right away.

📦 Shipment Processing Time

We ship directly from multiple warehouses in the U.S. as soon as your order is processed (2–5 business days on average). During busy seasons, processing may take a bit longer.

If there's a significant delay, we’ll notify you by email or phone.

 

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

All orders ship free within the United States.

  • Delivery time: 2–6 business days (after processing)

Please note: delays can occasionally happen due to things outside our control (weather, carrier issues, etc.).

 

🔎 Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it every step of the way. You can also track your order here.

 

🛃 Customs, Duties & Taxes

We currently only ship within the U.S., so there are no customs or import taxes. If that changes in the future, we’ll keep this section updated!

 

🧃 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@swiftonicshop.com with a photo of the item within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make sure you’re taken care of.
